Let me be real with you — I found something that actually works, and I’m looking for the right people to join me.
This is a sales role selling real financial products to real families who genuinely need them. Life insurance, annuities, indexed accounts, IRAs, 401(k) rollovers. You’re not pitching gimmicks — you’re helping people protect what matters most to them. And you get paid extremely well to do it.
The Opportunity
This role is 100% commission — no base salary, no ceiling. Part-time agents supplement their income meaningfully while keeping their day job. Full-time agents who put in the work and follow the system build incomes that grow significantly over time. Your results will depend on your effort, skills, and how consistently you apply your training.
The License
You need a State Life Insurance License — that’s the only hard requirement. No prior experience needed. The exam runs $400 out of pocket, and we’ll refund up to $260 when you get licensed quickly. We cover exam prep, study sessions, and one-on-one coaching. You won’t be figuring this out alone.
The Schedule
Your time is yours — with two exceptions:
- Wednesdays: 6:00–9:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
These team meetings are highly encouraged, and here’s why: where else are you sitting in a room with high-earning agents who will actually coach you, answer your questions, and invest in your growth? Dallas agents come in person. Everyone else joins remotely.
Who I’m Looking For
You’re self-motivated. You don’t need someone standing over your shoulder. You’re coachable enough to follow a proven system, and driven enough to see it through. A lot of our most successful agents started part-time and scaled from there.
