Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Ensure the proper care of plants through horticultural practices including planting, pruning, and fertilization.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate various landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience in irrigation installation and maintenance is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as planting, pruning, and mulching.
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
- Experience operating excavators or similar machinery is a plus.
- Basic understanding of construction principles related to landscaping projects.
