As an experienced Senior Information Technology (IT) Expert, you serve as a focal point for multiple cross–organizational programs that promote business process, IT, and financial efficiencies. You leverage expertise in general management consulting and process improvement to assist Federal clients with identifying, scoping, and planning large, complex organizational change initiatives, including IT improvements, business process improvements, or efficiency management. Moreover, you apply your experience with program offices to establish the identification, analysis, and appropriate response to program risks.
