Pay Range (Permanent positions): State Teacher Salary + [8.5% - 16% local supplement]
Position Purpose: This individual will coordinate and facilitate implementation of Buncombe County
Schools' 6-12 English Language Arts/Social Studies programs. The ELA/SS Curriculum Specialist will assist with the implementation of best practices in the classroom through demonstration lessons, observation of teachers who are changing instructional practices, reflective sessions following observations and professional development activities.
