Legacy Group Holdings is currently hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer I for a temp-to-permanent opportunity in the Mobile, AL area.
We're looking for a dependable installer with strong commercial HVAC experience who can work independently, assist with leading installation crews, and deliver quality workmanship on commercial construction projects.
Pay
- $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Install ductwork, piping, and ventilation systems
- Perform equipment layout and installation
- Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
- Perform electrical terminations and wiring
- Assist with startup, commissioning, and system testing
- Coordinate with project managers and installation crews
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Complete required paperwork and daily reports
- Train and assist less experienced installers when needed
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC installation experience
- Experience installing ductwork and piping
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with electrical terminations
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and construction environments
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA Certification
- NATE Certification
- Forklift Certification
- TWIC Card
- Previous Foreman or crew lead experience
