Description
The Anxiety Center Cincinnati is looking for an energetic, team oriented psychiatric nurse practitioner for our center in Montgomery, Ohio. We are seeking a psychiatric nurse practitioner who would be excited to work within a multidisciplinary team with expertise in treating anxiety and related disorders. We would invest in the selected candidate by providing advanced training opportunity in neuromodulation (TMS, Ketamine and Sprovato), psychopharmacology, and psychotherapeutic interventions towards specialization. There will be considerable flexibility for the PNP to gain experience with different treatment modalities and work with our medical director to continually improve our medication management program. Our team is constantly working to enhance patient experience through accurate diagnosis, measurement-based care, responsive communication, collaborative problem solving, and cutting edge psychiatry.
Primary Duties
- Conduct structured neuropsychiatric diagnostic assessment for children/adolescents/adults with anxiety and related disorders
- Progress monitor and analyze patient outcomes data to inform treatment decisions.
- When indicated, prescribe medication following best practices guidelines in psychiatry, and/refer evidenced based psychotherapeutic intervention such asc cognitive behavioral therapy, including exposures and response prevention, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
- With training develop expertise in neuromodulation treatments including BrainsWay Deep TMS, Intravenous Ketamine, and Spravato
- Collaborate with psychologists, school psychologist, exposure coaches, behavior analysts, diagnosticians, and outside providers to discuss service plans and progress.
- Gather and maintain patient information and records, including social and medical history obtained via self-report, relatives, and other professionals.
- Examine or order laboratory or diagnostic tests for patients to provide information on general physical condition and mental disorder.
- Return calls, messages, and emails promptly (within 24 hours of receipt or sooner if clinically necessary).

Compensation
We will offer highly competitive compensation to the right candidate. Determination of exact compensation rate would be made in collaboration with the candidate.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
