Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at a well-established franchise hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas while delivering excellent hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas.
- Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items.
- Ensure housekeeping carts are stocked and organized.
- Follow all hotel safety and cleanliness procedures.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
