We are a growing Architectural millwork and casework manufacturer seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial projects from award through installation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with clients and internal teams, and takes pride in delivering high-quality custom woodworking projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, contracts, architectural drawings, and shop drawings.
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates & bid proposals.
- Preform detailed quality takeoffs.
- Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, drafting, production, purchasing, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, architects, and general contractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and material procurement timelines.
- Track project progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact schedule or cost.
- Manage multiple architectural millwork and casework projects simultaneously.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience managing commercial architectural millwork, casework, cabinetry, or woodworking projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
