Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our automotive team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Provide detailed explanations of repair options, estimates, and service procedures using estimating software
- Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, brake repairs, and transmission diagnostics to maximize customer value
- Coordinate with technicians to facilitate efficient vehicle repairs and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage customer appointments, service write-ups, and follow-up communications to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely
- Maintain comprehensive records of service orders, estimates, and client interactions for future reference
Requirements
- Proven experience in dealership or automotive service environments with a focus on customer service
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and mechanical systems including transmissions, suspensions, air brakes, shocks & struts, and diesel engines
- Familiarity with auto estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical issues to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in auto body repair or collision repair is highly desirable
- Sales experience within the automotive industry is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
