About Us:
McCullagh Coffee is a local coffee roastery that manufactures and distributes locally and nationwide. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to maintain the internal accounting records to accounts payable for two companies.
Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for maintaining the internal accounting records to accounts payable for two companies. Full cycle responsibilities including: invoice processing, statement reconciliation’s, data entry, cash requirements, weekly check runs, telephone and written communication with suppliers and staff, special projects as needed and have a working knowledge of Excel and Word. Odoo software knowledge preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties:
- Maintain the internal accounting records to accounts payable for two companies.
- Full cycle responsibilities including: invoice processing, statement reconciliation’s, data entry, cash requirements and weekly check runs.
- Telephone and written communication with suppliers and staff.
- Special projects as needed.
- Full Time Permanent, M-F, 1st shift, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word; Odoo Software knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills & time management.
- HS/GED = 1 year experience required, AAS in Accounting but work experience can compensate for education.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment.
- Familiarity with Odoo system will give this person an edge.
