Role Overview
Vamp is seeking a Fleet Operations Trainer to train drivers, dispatchers, and operational staff on platform usage, workflows, and performance standards. This role ensures teams operate efficiently, safely, and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training for drivers, dispatch, and ops teams
- Train staff on vamp.app (driver app, dispatch tools, fleet dashboards)
- Teach SOPs, safety protocols, and operational best practices
- Create and maintain training materials (guides, videos, SOPs)
- Evaluate performance and close skill gaps
- Continuously improve training based on feedback and platform updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years in training, logistics, or fleet operations
- Experience with drivers/dispatch teams preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy and able to simplify complex systems
