Hotel Maintenance Technician – Quality Inn (Hermitage, PA)
We are seeking a reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to handle day‑to‑day repairs and upkeep throughout the property. This role ensures guest rooms, public areas, and building systems remain safe, functional, and in good condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
- Troubleshoot and fix guest room issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain pool, laundry equipment, lighting, and common areas
- Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
- Assist with room turns, minor renovations, and property improvements
- Ensure safety standards and hotel brand requirements are met
Requirements:
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
- General handyman skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Reliable, professional, and guest‑focused
- Previous hotel or facilities maintenance experience preferred but not required
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
