Outside Collections Agent – Commission Based
Auto Finance USA is seeking experienced and motivated Outside Collections Agents to assist with in-person payment collections and account resolution.
This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential for individuals who are highly driven, professional, and experienced in collections and skip tracing.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations using GPS tracking information provided by the company
- Collect past-due payments from borrowers in a professional and lawful manner
- Work directly with customers to resolve delinquent accounts
- Perform advanced skip tracing to locate borrowers and vehicles when GPS devices are not reporting
- Maintain detailed notes and communication updates on all assigned accounts
- Coordinate with management regarding account status and recovery efforts
Requirements:
- Prior experience in collections, repossession, skip tracing, or related field preferred
- Strong investigative and communication skills
- Ability to locate difficult-to-find customers using databases, social media, public records, and field investigation techniques
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Compensation:
- Commission paid on amounts successfully collected
- Additional earning opportunities may be available based on performance
