Crumbl Assistant Manager

What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and build a positive, high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and ensure operational excellence
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Maintain Crumbl quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Monitor labor, productivity, and store performance metrics
- Assist with scheduling and staffing plans
- Support inventory management, ordering, and waste reduction
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Step into leadership responsibilities when the General Manager is unavailable
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or a related industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Scheduling, inventory, or labor management experience
- Experience with high-volume restaurant or bakery operations
