Mill Creek Manor is seeking an experienced and energetic Marketing Director to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in assisted living, senior living, healthcare, or long-term care marketing who is ready to make an immediate impact and grow with an expanding organization.
The Marketing Director will be responsible for driving occupancy and new admissions, developing strong referral relationships throughout the community, generating qualified leads, conducting tours, and helping prospective residents and families navigate the decision to make Mill Creek Manor their new home.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in assisted living, senior living, healthcare, or long-term care marketing
- Proven ability to generate leads and increase occupancy and admissions
- Strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, case managers, social workers, home health agencies, and other referral sources
- Ability to develop and maintain an active referral network
- Experience conducting facility tours and following up with prospective residents and families
- Strong sales, marketing, networking, and communication skills
- Ability to track leads, referrals, tours, and conversions and provide regular updates to leadership
- Creative approach to community outreach, events, partnerships, and local marketing
- Professional, outgoing personality with the ability to represent Mill Creek Manor in the community
- Strong follow-through and a results-driven approach
The ideal candidate understands that successful senior living marketing is about more than advertising. We are looking for someone who can get into the community, build relationships, generate referrals, follow leads from beginning to end, and turn opportunities into admissions.
