Oasis PM Group — the property-management division of Oasis Home Buyers, LLC — manages a growing single-family rental portfolio across Columbus, OH. We acquire homes directly from sellers and keep the best as rentals. The division is being built right now, and we need the right person to fully own it.
The opportunity
This is a ground-floor leadership role. You'll take full ownership of our single-family rental portfolio from day one — as a one-person team to start — and build it to scale. You'll report directly to the COO, inherit existing vendor relationships to improve, and have a clear path to Director of Property Management as we grow over the next 12 months.
No admin support to start. That's what real ownership looks like.
The portfolio
- Single-family homes across the greater Columbus, OH market
- Managed in Buildium
- Established vendor relationships, with room to expand and upgrade
- Reports directly to the COO
What you'll own
Leasing & tenant management
- Market vacancies, run showings, screen applicants
- Execute leases, renewals, notices, and inspections
- Maintain strong occupancy and reduce days-on-market
- Improve rental-collection rates
- Handle evictions and communication with legal counsel when needed
Maintenance & rehab oversight
- Receive, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance start to finish
- Control quality and cost across vendors
- Oversee property turns and newly acquired rehabs
- Help hire and manage our first in-house maintenance tech
Operations & systems
- Manage rents, post notices, run collections
- Keep clean, accurate records in Buildium
- Track KPIs and report performance to leadership
- Build and improve systems as the portfolio grows
- Manage vendor payment coordination with finance department

Requirements
- 4+ years residential property management experience
- Strong leasing background with proven closing ability
- Experience coordinating maintenance, vendors, and property turns
- Working knowledge of Buildium (or comparable PM software), email, and Excel
- Single-family portfolio experience strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel — properties within ~1 hour of Columbus, OH
Schedule
Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Evenings/weekends as needed for showings and emergencies
Compensation & benefits
- $55,000 – $92,000, depending on experience
