Full-time. Position does require occasional early evening and weekends.
Perform simple to complex laboratory tests and phlebotomy.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Lab Assisting, Associates Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or related field, and (1) year of clinical laboratory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent and graduate from an HHS-approved laboratory training program.
Job Specifications:
- Perform simple to complex laboratory tests.
- Provide specialized testing in microbiology, urinalysis, serology, hematology, hemostasis, immunohematology, and chemistry.
- Perform phlebotomy.
- Ensure sample integrity and accuracy of test results.
- Maintain and ensure quality control and functionality of laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Provide customer service and professional interaction with patients.
- Accurately record and forward test results to physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Participate in continuing education programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
