About Us
Cerus Fitness is a boutique functional fitness gym in Frederick, CO, built around the HYROX and competitive fitness community. We help everyday athletes train for HYROX, DEKA, and our own Cerox Event Series — and we're growing our team to help more people find their way through our doors.
The Role
We're hiring a Sales Representative to drive new membership growth. This is a results-oriented role for someone who's motivated by direct feedback between effort and pay, comfortable talking to people, and excited to represent a fast-growing, community-driven gym.
You'll report directly to our General Manager and work closely with leadership during your first 30 days as we ramp you up and set clear expectations together.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries (phone, text, email)
- Give gym tours and walk prospective members through our offerings
- Convert camp attendees, drop-ins, and trial visitors into full members
- Track your own pipeline and follow through on every lead
- Work closely with our team to represent the Cerus brand and culture
Compensation
- Hourly base pay
- $50 commission per new membership signup
- Additional performance incentives available as you build a track record
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and genuine comfort talking to new people
- Self-motivated — you don't need to be micromanaged to hit your numbers
- Reliable and organized enough to manage your own follow-up
- Fitness or HYROX/competitive-training background is a plus, but not required — we'll train you on our programs
- Available for a flexible, part-time schedule
Pay: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
