Overview
- Busy Denver personal injury law firm seeking a bilingual (english/spanish) experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to manage cases from intake through settlement. This role is client-facing and detail-driven, with ownership of treatment tracking, insurance coordination, and demand preparation.
Duties
- Welcome new clients within 24 hours and explain next steps
- Manage active PI caseloads and maintain 28–30 day client follow-ups
- Verify BI, Med Pay, and UM/UIM coverage
- Track medical treatment, providers, bills, and liens
- Return client calls/emails same business day
- Log all client activity in case management system
- Notify attorneys of key case developments (liability disputes, major treatment, high bills, policy limits, etc.)
- Prepare demand-ready files (treatment completion, liens, questionnaires, bills)
- Assist with settlements, releases, disbursements, and file closing
Experience
- 2+ years personal injury case management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of medical treatment and insurance workflows
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and a full caseload independently
- Case management software experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
