We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team across multiple locations in Maryland. This evening position offers an opportunity to work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, providing evidence-based behavioral therapy and support. We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support in-home and clinic-based ABA services across Prince George’s County, Anne Arundel County, Montgomery County, and Howard County.
This role is ideal for RBTs seeking morning, afternoon and evening hours, with consistent schedules and the opportunity to work with supportive clinical teams.
Schedule
- Morning, Midday, and Evening
- Weekday evening availability required
- Opportunities for multiple cases depending on availability
Locations
- Prince George’s County (PG)

- Howard County
(Cases assigned based on your location and availability)
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients
- Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and document data accurately
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and caregivers
- Maintain ethical and professional standards at all times
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- Reliable transportation within assigned counties
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Experience with in-home or clinic-based ABA preferred, but not required
