Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers and Event Setup & Takedown people to join our team. The position is responsible for transporting and setting up products efficiently and safely to various event locations while providing excellent customer service. An ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to handle heavy lifting, and a commitment to maintaining a positive company image.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Fulfilling customer requested timelines, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Deliver products to customer locations promptly and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with customers during deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including picklists and route paperwork.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Follow product handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of delivered items.
- Collaborate with team members to improve delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in commercial driving or as a courier is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience with route driving and familiarity with local roads is beneficial.
- Physical ability to move heavy items and perform moving tasks throughout the day.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to delivery operations.
