As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will start with structured training, learn the essentials of sales, and connect with customers face-to-face to promote AT&T Fiber as the smart choice for fast, reliable internet.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate
- Meet customers in person and recommend AT&T Fiber plans that fit their household needs
- Assist customers by explaining fiber’s speed, reliability, and performance in simple terms
- Drive daily sales results by promoting bundles and high-speed options
- Assist teammates by sharing effective ways to present AT&T Fiber during conversations
- Track your sales activity and assist in reporting performance accurately
- Excel as an Entry Level Sales Associate by combining customer engagement with consistent effort
Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Associate
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Interest in sales is a plus, but not required
- Organized with good tracking skills for sales performance
- Eager to learn and grow in an entry level environment
- Team player ready to assist colleagues and contribute to shared success
