The ideal candidate will conduct routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and fixtures,respond quickly to maintenance requests; keep the property safe and in good repair. Csndidate should have experience in hotel or building maintenance, knowledge of relevant safety standards, and strong problem-solving skills. Customer service mindset and flexibility to work various shifts are also important, since you’re operating in a guest-focused environment
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
