Job Description
Swift Guard Security, Inc. is currently hiring professional and reliable Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, customer-service oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned properties.
- Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and incidents.
- Control access to the property and verify authorized entry.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
- Complete daily activity reports and incident reports.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and employees.
- Respond to emergencies and contact law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Follow client post orders and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid California Guard Card (Required).
- Valid California Driver's License (Required).
- Reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts if needed.
- Previous security experience is preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour
