We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! We have a cocktail bar, bbq restaurant with dueling piano bar, coastal seafood restaurant, and Southern comfort food restaurant. We love providing a wide variety of experience and can find the right fit for you. All our restaurants are surrounding the same vibrant center of social activity in Dunwoody.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders quickly and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards while handling food and beverages.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and food handling protocols.
- Keep track of sales transactions through cash handling, cashiering, and retail math skills.
- Collaborate with team members during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow in settings like nightclubs or banquet events.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously.
- Experience in catering, banquet service, or retail math is a plus for managing large events or high-volume shifts.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is essential.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to serve diverse clientele confidently.
