Account Coordinator
The Wood Agency is looking for an entry level Coordinator. We’re data nerds, we’re testers, we’re early adopters, we love new ideas and things that haven’t been tried before. Responsiblities
- Create and distribute internal deadlines between creative, PR and media departments.
- Manage billing and invoice reconciliation..
- Coordinate between other departments and vendors.
- Help to track and analyze marketing plans.
- Help mange resources for client objectives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to ensure communication efforts align with best practices.
- A burning curiosity about what’s next
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing or communication roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Products
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time.
Work Environment:
Office setting with moderate noise levels
Frequent use of a computer and telephone
Frequent interaction with vendors, team members, and clients
