We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team here at Adrenaline Action Park. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position involves various tasks, including assisting children at attractions, talking with parents and children, interacting with children on attractions.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and manage cash handling procedures. (some)
- Maintain your attraction and area cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while on the clock.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in sales or retail math to assist with transactions effectively.
- Knowledge of all attractions
- Ability to operate all attractions
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register. (maybe)
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
