For either position, must be customer service oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously throughout the work day. Candidates should also be self-motivated individuals who can get the job done without micro-management.

We are an outpatient Physical Therapy practice looking for an individual that would be a great addition to our team! We are currently looking for a highly motivated, compassionate individual interested in becoming a physical therapy aide/front desk receptionist. The position will entail of both front office and aide duties, including these key responsibilities:
- Supervision of exercises with patients directed by a licensed physical therapist
- Appointment scheduling
- Patient check-in/check-out
- Answering phone calls and emails, and taking messages
- Assist with insurance benefits and eligibility
- Payment collections
- Printing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Oversight of insurance authorizations
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing of treatment rooms, gym
Job qualifications:
- Great patient communication and professional etiquette
- A team player
- Phenomenal customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma required; some college or college degree preferred
- Self-motivated and possessing strong work ethic
- Proficient with computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Prior physical therapy aide experience a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
