NurseCore is seeking a skilled a
tracheostomy and G-tube nurse for weekend overnight shifts to provide one-on-one care for an
adult male patient in the comfort of his home (89115). Recent hands-on experience and competency with both skills are essential for this case.
Pay:-
LPN: $27/hour

RN: 40/hour
Weekend Overnight Shifts:
Shift Options (select the one that works best for you):-
9 PM – 5 AM

10 PM – 6 AM

11 PM – 7 AM
What You'll Do:-
Provide tracheostomy care and monitoring.

Perform airway assessments and suctioning as needed.

Administer and monitor oxygen therapy.

Administer medications as ordered.
-
Provide G-tube care and enteral feedings.
-
Manage Foley catheter care.
-
Monitor wound care needs.
-
Perform ongoing assessments to ensure patient safety.
What You'll Bring:-
Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes and tracheostomies.

Active Nevada LPN or RN license.
-
Minimum of one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
-
Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification.
-
Negative TB test completed within the past year.
