Overview

Duties
- Carefully pack products using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately pick, pack, and verify orders
- Assist with order picking and order fulfillment processes to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and shipping area to promote safety and efficiency
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations preferred
- Experience with shipping & receiving procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Knowledge of order picking & packing techniques for e-commerce fulfillment (Tik Tok)
