As an Internet & Wireless Specialist, you'll work directly with customers to introduce Frontier's internet, TV, and wireless services while helping households discover communications solutions that fit their lifestyle. You'll answer questions, compare service options, and guide customers through the enrollment process while building confidence through professional conversations. Every Internet & Wireless Specialist plays an important role in supporting sales growth and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities of the Internet & Wireless Specialist
- Meet with customers in person to introduce Frontier's internet, TV, and wireless services.
- Explain available communications services, promotions, and plan options in a clear and approachable way.
- Learn about each customer's household needs and recommend internet, TV, and wireless solutions that provide the best value.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process while creating a positive and efficient experience.
- Demonstrate Frontier products and answer questions with professionalism and confidence.
- Support daily sales objectives through meaningful customer conversations and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate enrollment records, customer information, and sales activity.
- Continue developing product knowledge, communications expertise, leadership, and sales skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship as an Internet & Wireless Specialist.
- Collaborate with fellow Internet & Wireless Specialists to strengthen team performance and achieve shared sales goals.
