Summary:
Responsible for all aspects of nutritional care for assigned participants. Assists with kitchen oversight to ensure all regulations and guidelines are met. Conducts routine group nutritional education. Serves as a voting member of the Interdisciplinary Team.
Other information:
- Bachelor's degree required
- State of Arkansas certification required
- Two years experience in healthcare preferred
- Experience working with the frail and elderly population preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
