Knocking doors in storm-affected neighborhoods and introducing homeowners to solutions they didn’t know they needed
Generating your own leads (no waiting around for someone else to feed you opportunities)
Walking customers through the restoration process from first contact to signed agreement
Staying on top of communication—calls returned, questions answered, expectations set clearly
Owning your pipeline from start to finish, not just the easy parts
Consistency over hype. Door knocking isn’t glamorous, but it works if you do it right and do it often
Accountability. If you say you’ll follow up, you follow up. No chasing you down
People skills. You don’t need a script—you need to read the situation and respond like a real person
Resilience. You’ll hear “no.” A lot. It shouldn’t slow you down
100% commission — no cap
Paid on results, not activity
Option to work as 1099 or W2, depending on what fits you best
