Assignment Details:
- Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Location: Bronx, NY (Hybrid Field-Based Role)
- Schedule: Flexible, Minimum 9 Hours Weekly
- Initial Patient Visits: Approximately 2.5 Hours Each
Requirements:
Active New York Nurse Practitioner License
Active NY Medicaid Provider enrollment
ANCC certification
NPI number and malpractice insurance
Minimum 2 years (or 3,600 hours) of NP experience in:
Family Health
Adult Health
Acute Care
