We’re looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Hygiene Coordinator to help keep our hygiene schedule full. This is a fast-paced outbound calling position focused on reconnecting with existing patients, scheduling overdue hygiene visits, and maximizing patient retention.

Responsibilities
- Make 150+ outbound calls daily to existing patients.
- Schedule 10–15 hygiene appointments per day.
- Contact overdue patients and encourage them to return for preventive care.
- Fill same-day cancellations and last-minute openings.
- Confirm patient information and insurance when needed.
- Document all patient interactions accurately.
- Work closely with the hygiene team and front office to maintain a productive schedule.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling goals.
Qualifications
- Dental office experience preferred (front office, hygiene scheduling, or customer service).
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Experience with dental software is a plus.
