Ascent Apartments is seeking a dependable, hands‑on team member who takes pride in maintaining a community residents are proud to call home. This role is essential to creating the curb appeal our residents and visitors notice every day.
What You’ll Be Doing

Maintaining cleanliness of common areas including laundry rooms, clubhouse, shop, and dumpster areas

Performing daily trash and debris removal throughout the property

Assisting with lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep to keep the grounds looking great
What We’re Looking For

A valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation and current car insurance

Availability Monday through Friday, with weekend availability required

A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
