Woodland Hills Rehab & Health in Jacksonville, AR is looking for a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to join our team!
Key responsibilities include:
- Directs housekeeping and laundry staff to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
- Supervising staff, creating and implementing cleaning schedules to include deep cleaning schedules.
- Managing cleaning supplies and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
- Training new hires
- Fill in as needed on the floor or in laundry
- Coordinating with nursing and maintenance teams to address sanitation needs.
- Also plays a role in infection control and support regulatory audits by maintaining accurate records.
