Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. No CDL required! As an Owner Operator, you will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of service. This role requires experience dribing a 3/4 ton pickuip truck and flatbed trailer atleast 25 feet in length of in various driving conditions as well as a commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operate truck with flatbed trailer to transport goods to designated locations.
- Ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to scheduled routes and customer requirements.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
- Manage loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of materials.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding commercial driving.
Skills
- Proven experience in truck driving with a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in operating trucks including trailers and flatbeds.
- Experience as a delivery driver with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Strong attention to detail for vehicle inspections and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with team members.
Driver must be willing to be drug tested and submit to background testing
