Lafa Mediterranean by Zeina’s is a fast-casual restaurant dedicated to serving fresh, Mediterranean cuisine. Our mission is to help our citizens live better by creating bold & healthy food that is convenient.
Team members are responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every guest that walks through the doors. From greeting guests and educating them about our menu, to preparing high quality food in our open kitchens, our team members help create an extraordinary experience for our guests. Prep cook team members report directly to the kitchen manager. All other team members report to the general manager.
YOU WILL:
- Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
- Keep the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms clean and organize.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
- Restock stations and keep them clean and organized and assist with putting deliveries away
- Stand and/or walk for an entire shift - this role is constantly in motion to deliver exceptional service and delicious food to our guests
- Lift up to 50 pounds - we cook with the freshest of ingredients, which are delivered multiple times a week
- Having fun is a must!
