Breakthrough Kidz Academy is seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Teacher to join our brand-new Homeschool Enrichment Program serving young learners in an inclusive, play-based environment.

You will never be expected to manage challenging behaviors alone. Behavioral support will be available to help students succeed and allow teachers to focus on teaching.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with our homeschool enrichment curriculum
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Differentiate instruction to meet the unique learning needs of each child
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Support students' social-emotional development through positive, relationship-based practices
- Maintain classroom organization and documentation
- Help shape and grow a new educational program from its beginning
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous teaching experience
- Previous experience working with children with special needs
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for inclusive education and child-centered learning
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred:
- Florida teaching certification (or working toward certification)
- Experience with autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, or inclusive classrooms
- Experience with homeschool education or enrichment programs
- CPR/First Aid Certification
