American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a 13-week contract at a specialty orthopedic hospital in Rapid City, SD.

Outpatient physical therapy setting within a specialty orthopedic and rehabilitation hospital
-
Patient population includes orthopedic, spine, neurological, and sports medicine cases
-
Specialized equipment includes dry needling, blood flow restriction, AlterG, aquatic therapy pool, focused shockwave therapy, and cupping
-
Charting is performed in Epic
-
Schedule is 10-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
-
No floating to other units
-
No weekend rotation and no on-call requirements
-
No holiday coverage expected

Current SD PT license required if applicable

Current BLS certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required

Outpatient or relevant specialty setting experience preferred

2 professional references dated within the past year required for consideration

DOB and SSN required for consideration

Supervised by Rehab Supervisors on-site

Orientation is 5–7 days

First-time travelers may be considered depending on prior experience and setting

Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
