A clean, professional salon in Harlem is offering chair/booth rentals for self-sufficient hair stylists or braiders with an existing clientele looking to rent as soon as possible.
Required weekly rent: $100–$250/per week
Ideal renters will:
* Be mature and self-directed
* Have a consistent client base (enough to sustain weekly chair/booth rent)
* Have the ability to work independently (i.e. manage your own bookings, clients, supplies)
* Have the ability to rent as soon as possible
About the Space:
* 2 open chairs/booths
* Shared shampoo station
* 1 steamer station and 1 drying station
* 1 bathroom
* Refrigerator
* Coffee pot
* Reception area with computer
* Client seating area
* Microwave
* TV/entertainment for staff and clients
* Close to A/C and 2/3 trains
