- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process

Work closely with customers seeking financing solutions

Build relationships with both English and Spanish-speaking customers

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot

Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

Explain vehicle features, benefits, and available financing options

Help customers navigate the financing and approval process

Follow up with internet leads, referrals, and previous customers

Maintain customer records and CRM activities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

Previous sales, retail, customer service, or customer-facing experience preferred

Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
