Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Duties
- Greet customers warmly via multi-line phone systems and in person at the front desk, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Processing monthly payments
- Weekly Solicitation
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, providing clear information and solutions using strong phone etiquette and professional communication
- Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate office activities to ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer tools
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management function
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, office management, or administrative roles with a focus on clerical tasks and data entry
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated phone etiquette skills and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members
- Previous experience in finance office or clerical roles involving filing, proofreading, payment processing or personal assistant responsibilities is preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
