Do you love fashion, meeting new people, and helping customers find something they feel amazing in? We're looking for an energetic, outgoing Retail Sales Associate to join our team for the remainder of the season.
Our boutique features a curated collection of women's apparel and accessories, with Lilly Pulitzer as our signature brand. This is a high-energy, fast-paced retail environment located in one of Okoboji's busiest tourist destinations, so every day brings new customers from all over the country.

Our number one priority is finding someone who loves to sell. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, starting conversations, making personalized recommendations, and creating an exceptional shopping experience that turns browsers into buyers.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting through checkout.
- Build genuine connections with customers and provide personalized styling recommendations.
- Drive sales through product knowledge, outfit building, and suggestive selling.
- Wear and confidently represent our boutique's brands.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Restock merchandise and assist with visual displays.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions.
- Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for every customer who walks through the door.
Availability
We're hiring immediately for our seasonal team.
- Flexible scheduling available.
- Availability throughout August and September is required.
- Position runs now through October, with the opportunity for additional employment into the fall and winter months.
