Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and results-driven Swimming Pool Salesperson in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County Salesperson to join our dynamic team! We are an established pool construction company with 18 years of success in the Tampa Bay area. In this role, you will be the key driver of business growth by engaging with potential clients, showcasing our innovative pool remodeling solutions, and turning prospects into satisfied customers. Your passion for sales, combined with your technical knowledge and customer service skills, will help us deliver exceptional outdoor living transformations. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target residential clients interested in swimming pool projects within Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties. This is a 100% commission position and requires nights and weekends to be fully successful.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase remodeling options, features, and benefits.
- Manage existing accounts effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service and follow-up.
- Familiarity with Design tools such as Structure Studios or similar software.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales in assigned territories.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless transition from sale to project execution, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales within the swimming pool construction industry required.
- Strong management skills with experience overseeing territory sales and lead generation activities.
- Demonstrated ability in technical sales, product demos, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills essential for building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
