Job Description:
CDL Class A Team Drivers - OTR 53FT Dry Van
We are hiring established CDL Class A team drivers for FedEx Custom Critical operations. This position is designed for teams that want consistent opportunities, structured operations, and the ability to earn based on performance.
Our operation rewards teams that stay running, communicate well, and take dispatched loads.
Job Details:
Team Position Only (2 drivers required)
Equipment: 53FT Dry Van
Freight Type: Drop and Hook, No-Touch Freight
Operation: FedEx Custom Critical
Route Type: Nationwide OTR
Time Out: 3-4 weeks at a time
Compensation:
40% of linehaul revenue (team split)
$1,000 weekly guarantee per driver (performance-based)
Higher earnings on long-haul runs

Travel:
Travel required for OTR assignments
Travel stipend provided

Requirements:
CDL Class A license (required)
Established team (2 drivers)
Experience with 53FT dry van
Ability to stay out 3-4 weeks
Must accept dispatched loads and remain in service
Professional, reliable, and safety-focused
Compensation Range:
Minimum: $1,000 per week per driver (guarantee, when conditions are met)
Maximum: Based on miles, loads, and performance
Important:
Team drivers only (no solo drivers)
CDL Class A only
This is not a straight truck or Sprinter position
