Pay: $18–$20/hour | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM OR 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Champion Learning Center, a 5-Star Step Up to Quality, Ohio-licensed program and Early Head Start partner, is seeking a caring, dependable, and passionate Lead Infant Teacher to provide high-quality care and learning experiences for our youngest children.

What You’ll Do
As our Lead Infant Teacher, you will:
- Plan and implement nurturing, developmentally appropriate activities using Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies GOLD
- Support infants’ language development, sensory exploration, and social-emotional growth
- Provide responsive care including feeding, diapering, and sleep routines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
- Collaborate with leadership and support program quality initiatives

Qualifications
Required
- CDA (or degree in any field) and ability to obtain CPL Level 3
OR
- 5+ years of early childhood experience with leadership potential (CDA training sponsorship available)
Preferred
- Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
Additional Requirements
- Pass ODJFS background check
- Current physical
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive, reliable, and passionate about working with infants
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
