Roofing Sales Representative
Dallas/DFW based, with travel to active Texas storm areas
Pay: $80,000-$180,000 realistic first-year target
Ramp support: $2,000/month recoverable draw for the first 90 days while your pipeline builds
Commission: 25% of job profit, average $750-$1,500 per closed job
Uncapped commission. Top producers can exceed $200,000+.
WHB Cleaning is building a new roofing and exteriors division in Texas. We need our first field sales rep.
This is not a corporate role with a full training department. You will get a script, roofing basics, remote coaching, training videos, and storm target guidance. You need to bring sales confidence, follow-through, and willingness to knock doors.
Best fit:
- Roofing sales, storm restoration sales, door-to-door sales, solar, pest, alarm, home improvement, or strong commission sales experience
- Comfortable knocking doors in storm-damaged neighborhoods
- Able to learn fast from remote coaching and training videos
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Willing to travel within Texas when storm opportunities are active
- Organized enough to follow up with homeowners and track a pipeline
What you do:
- Knock doors in storm-damaged neighborhoods
- Talk with homeowners about possible roof, gutter, siding, or exterior damage
- Set inspections and collect basic information
- Follow the script and sales process we provide
- Follow up with leads until they close or opt out
- Coordinate with ownership and production as jobs move forward
