We're currently hiring for a full-time Special Education Paraprofessional with ABA experience for the 2026–2027 school year with a great district.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct one-on-one or small group support to students with disabilities under the supervision of a teacher or related service provider
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies as directed by a BCBA or supervising staff
- Support students in accessing the general education curriculum and achieving IEP goals
- Assist with data collection and progress monitoring on behavioral and academic goals
- Help implement positive behavior support strategies in classroom and community settings
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and related service providers to ensure consistency across student support plans
- Support students with daily living skills, transitions, and social-emotional needs as applicable
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with IDEA and district requirements
Requirements:
- Parapro Certification or Associate's (AA) degree required
- Experience working with students with autism and/or implementing ABA strategies preferred
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong understanding of behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
